Pick up Medications in Our Clinic 
- Some medications may be able to be refilled via the online portal.
- Complete our fast and easy form on our website, or email us at burkeforestvet@gmail.com
- Allow 24 - 48 hours, and you should receive a call or an email that is ready for pick up
- If you need medication sooner than 24 hours, please note a rush fee of $20 may apply
- Pick up during normal office hours, you can prepay via the portal if you choose

Request a prescription to your local human pharmacy (Costco, Walgreens, etc)

- Please be advised that some pharmacies do not allow us to prescribe some medications
- We are often asked to "call it in". As a practice, Burke Forest has a policy of not calling medications into pharmacies. The reason for this is two fold - 1. We do not have a digital transfer service like our human counterparts, so calling it in is ineffeicient because we often have hold times of over 20 minutes. 2. There is no paper trail to ensure accuracy between prescriber and pharmacy. We hope you can understand this is in an effort to better serve our customers.
